The Quarterly Project and Sub-projects Follow-up Bulletin is a document printed by the Integrated Information System and used to monitor the progress of the project and sub-projects. Unit B of the Management Authority for each OP enters into the system data regarding  the Concise Technical Bulletin of Project (CTBP), the Concise Technical Bulletin of Sub-project (CTBSP) and the Monthly Bulletin of Expenses (MBE), pursuant to the instructions and information included in the last Circular Letter on how to enter an activity in the Operational Programmes of the Community Support Framework 2000 – 2006 (final plan, July 2001) but also, pursuant to the Joint Ministerial Decision (Decision No 24812/Quarterly Projects Follow-up Bulletins 235). Upon introduction of these data, the IIS prints in advance the Quarterly Follow-up Bulletin for each project and related sub-projects, with the follow-up areas appearing in bold, whereas the most recent available information on the project/sub-projects can also be printed. The competent Implementing Authorities/Bodies have undertaken the task firstly of receiving and updating the Quarterly Follow-up Bulletin of the Project and Sub-projects and then, of submitting them to the Managing Authority for each Programme respectively, within one calendar month from the Date of Expiry of each three-month period, pursuant to the Joint Ministerial Decision 24812/QBPF 235). The Unit B staff of Managing Authorities enters the new data in the IIS after checking the Bulletin's contents.

This procedure will be repeated on a three-month basis.
