The “Complementary Programming Document” of the Operational Programme “ROAD AXES, PORTS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT” of the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works, has been drawn up pursuant to the Article 18, paragraph 3 of the EU General Regulation 1260/1999, aiming at presenting thoroughly the basic contents of the approved Operational Programme, while more detailed information and references on the Measures can also be found. Furthermore, it presents thoroughly all financial data and charts at the level of Measures and makes forecasts on the results and performance indicators concerning the proposed actions, at the end of the programmed period as well as in between.
In particular, as far as Measures of the Operational Programme are concerned, the Complementary Programming includes the following: detailed information on the content of each Measure, expected results and implementation impact, financing, implementation, final beneficiaries, eligible actions and reference to the necessary measures, in order to make public the programmed actions and the electronic exchange of the Programme’s data, mainly in terms of projects’ financial data and of their implementation progress. |
